OFFERS collects and supplies reused and recycled office furniture fittings and equipment donated by companies and organisations from both the private and public sectors. The items donated will be passed on to community and voluntary sector groups and small start-up businesses in London.

OFFERS also works in close partnership with the domestic furniture recycling community groups (Furniture Aid South Thames (FAST) and Shaftsbury Resources Centre, as well as local and regional businesses and enterprise agencies. For example, OFFERS has successfully established links with a number of small-start-up business helping to check and repair photocopiers, providing transport services, recycling IT-equipment and repairing telephone systems thus helping to create further local employment in the recycling sector. OFFERS is also part of local and national community recycling networks such as the London Community Recycling Network (LCRN), Community Recycling Network (CCN) and Furniture Recyling Network (FRN).
